At our sister practice, The Cat Clinic of Woodstock, we have built the perfect "bark free" zone for our feline guests.
Well Care/General Practice
We offer vaccinations, dentistry, and parasite control for pets to grow to be healthy, long-living family members.
Welcome to Our Veterinary Family
Founded in 2000, our practice has grown from only 5 employees to a talented staff of almost 100 caregivers, due to the vision of Dr. Sherry Weaver.
Following her original Mission statement of “Providing the best medical care available through advanced technologies applied with tender care”, we have become a prominent veterinary care center for pets and their families in North Georgia. We have been honored to have been voted “best of” in our community, consecutively since 2007.
The practice focuses on three areas of pet care:
Medical, including minor issues, sickness, and emergency care. Our practice is open 24 hours a day and is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including, digital imaging, endoscopic viewing, ICU hospitalization, and aggressive pain management.
Wellness care is the backbone of our practice and ensures the pets we see will have all the tools they need to grow to be healthy, long-living family members.
Luxury services include our boarding facility “The Lodge” and spa services including bathing and award-winning grooming services.

The team was so fast and courteous! Our naughty Hoagie boy was caught nibbling on a steel wool scour pad and ended up swallowing 3-4 pieces. We were able to recover 3 pieces but didn’t feel like they were all out so Animal Hospital of Towne Lake came to the rescue with completing an X-ray to confirm that one strand still lingering. They saved my dogs life! Amazing people I won’t take anyone over them. They worked on my budged and preformed a safe fast and clean C section on my dog as well as fixing her. They are very kind and polite! I especially recommend Jessica Kelly!!
